Abstract

The collaborative economy is gradually establishing itself in society as a new economic, social, cultural and even legal model, fostered by a change in multiple values. It is a fact that the collaborative economy has arrived with force, with the desire to change many things and everything seems to indicate that we are facing a phenomenon destined to persist and broaden its horizons. Agriculture is part of the social economy and has historically been a supplier of fresh food to the city, a generator of employment in the countryside and a bearer of production practices that respect the environment. The changes introduced by the sharing economy have had a profound impact on our society, moving from an economy based on ownership to one based on the use or access to goods and services. It is the favorable complementation from a renovating, economic, social and ecological approach. The main objective of this work is to see what this movement has become today from the agrarian context and its viable potential.
