Transformational leadership has become a key factor in improving educational quality, particularly in changing contexts marked by institutional reforms, technological advancements, and increasing social demands. This article examines the relationship between transformational leadership and educational quality in higher education institutions, highlighting the role of academic leaders in fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Using a mixed-methods approach, data were collected through surveys of faculty and staff, and semi-structured interviews with university authorities. The results show that the four dimensions of transformational leadership idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration have a positive impact on educational quality indicators such as student satisfaction, faculty performance, and curricular innovation. Additionally, transformational leadership was found to facilitate institutional adaptation to change by strengthening organizational cohesion and participatory decision-making. The study concludes that transformational leadership enhances educational management processes and serves as an essential catalyst for raising quality in higher education. It is recommended to reinforce leadership training programs based on pedagogical and ethical leadership and to develop institutional policies that promote leadership styles oriented towards positive change. This approach is essential to ensure equitable, high-quality, and relevant education in the 21st century
