Abstract

The constant changes of civilizations and of the individual himself within an entrepreneurial ecosystem, has allowed the social and economic development of the human being through the activities he carries out to maintain and care for his quality of life. It is for all this that mechanisms are sought that allow it to evolve and find a place within society where it can carry out its growth activities. The Manta canton is characterized by its performance in terms of production, therefore, it should offer all the services that facilitate these activities, especially infrastructures or spaces for advice and training that are available to the social group to promote and encourage development. business. As a consequence of the events that occurred, such as the 16A earthquake and the COVID-19 pandemic, the productive and business development of the canton has been limited. The present investigation considers the elaboration of an architectural proposal taking into account economic, social and context factors that allow meeting the entrepreneurial needs of its inhabitants.
