Abstract

From the beginning that people created their companies, the owners were the administrators, who were in charge of all the management of the company and kept control of their accounts and carried out supervision, directed their workers, organized sales and purchases. The entrepreneurs did not have business knowledge, some succeeded, others failed because they encountered obstacles that were not easy to overcome. But in our country there are many family businesses that are over 50 years old, but with this globalized world they have had to make changes in their control of the company in order to compete, and they have created their own strategies and control of it.
