This paper allows to know how the personality of a pilot is structured and manifested based on the theoretical foundations of aeronautical psychology. This study is highly relevant, since it offers a new look at the pilot as a person, thus contributing and developing elements and tools that favor the planning of strategies and action plans that improve the activity of the pilot within his context, in interaction with him. itself, the machine, the environment and the work team with which it is related, promoting future safety within the functions related to the flight activity.
