Abstract

The present research has as its object of study the cooperation in relation to emotional problems caused by bullying in boys and girls. The problem lies in the negative emotional effects, such as anxiety, low self-esteem and depression, that minors face. The objective of this research is to analyze the cooperation between students, teachers and families, which can mitigate these emotional effects and promote an inclusive and safe school environment. Therefore, supporting victims by exploring support networks that provide emotional support and at the same time allow fostering empathy in a more inclusive and respectful school environment, providing the necessary mutual and psychological support. This research was carried out from a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design, the study method used was inductive, the technique used was ten interviews with open questions, which were applied to teachers, parents, volunteer boys and girls, in primary education in the Portoviejo canton period 2023-24, with the due authorization of the parents. The results of the study show that cooperation is essential to offer emotional support to victims, thus contributing to the establishment of a school environment characterized by mutual respect and empathy. Opportunities were found to promote community participation in educational programs against bullying. The results indicate that it is necessary to create policies that focus on the emotional and social well-being of children. The research highlights the importance of developing strategies that strengthen social connections
