Web platform for the control of analysis, records and reports of aircraft in service of naval aviation in the maintenance area of ESANMA

In the maintenance department, it was possible to verify the lack of technological tools where 30% of the pilots use spreadsheets in Excel to organize and deliver information, which can cause inaccuracies in the work documents and slow down the work of the personnel. The analytical-synthetic method was used. It is a descriptive investigation. In addition, 10 workers from the aircraft maintenance department and operational personnel of the Naval Air Station of the city of Manta were surveyed. The SCRUM methodology has been used to develop the construction phases of the platform; for the development of the web platform that facilitates the collection and organization of information, where the pilots will be able to record daily the operational activities of the aircraft, the status and its components, as a result the monthly reports of the aircraft will be displayed, which will help to improve the administration and delivery of personnel information in the maintenance department. With the web platform, it is possible to reduce time in making reports, in addition, processes have been integrated that are important to keep the aircraft in good condition, recording in what state they are.
