They have transformed multiple aspects such as access to information, personalized learning, flexibility and gamification. The proposal in this study was to use a mobile application (Pyto app) and evaluate the level of skills acquired in third level education students in Santo Domingo, Ecuador with the objective of determining the usability of the mobile application for the teaching of discrete mathematics. The results obtained showed that the usability of the application was acceptable within the study population; however, the level of skill acquired by the study population varied considering multiple factors. This was done because a considerable part of the inhabitants of the city and its surroundings do not have fixed transportation for their safe travels. Therefore, the development of the application is aimed at the population of the aforementioned city, helping to ensure viable and safe transportation by streamlining the process through the use of technology in its management. The application requirements were developed using the IEEE 830 standard, the interface and system modeling were designed, and the development was carried out based on the phases of the SCRUM methodology. NodeJs, Ionic, Angular, MySQL Admin, GitHub, and other programming frameworks were used as the development platform for collaborative work with favorable results within the project. Finally, the ecosystem was created to deploy the web (Firebase) and mobile environments in the Play Store. After testing, the system was implemented, and parameters such as performance, interactivity, and presentation were evaluated. However, the emerging technologies of mobile applications for the electronic voting process are here to stay and to be fully implemented in global elections. We envision a future where voting is as easy as making a phone call. Therefore, this article provides a comprehensive analysis of electronic voting, examining several case studies covering different E-Voting systems implemented in different regions of the world. The evolution and main features of these systems are discussed, highlighting their potential to improve the efficiency and accessibility of the electoral process. In addition, the advantages and disadvantages associated with these systems are analyzed, including security, transparency and public confidence. The objective of this study was to evaluate the perceived effectiveness and quality of the SGA at the Escuela Superior Politécnica Agropecuaria de Manabí Manuel Félix López, based on the ISO/IEC 25010 Standard. A mixed method combining qualitative and quantitative data was used, following six steps: definition of criteria, construction of evaluation instruments, data collection, instrument validation, data analysis, and interpretation of results. The instrument validation resulted in a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.973 in a sample of 167 students from the Computing and Electronics and Automation programs. The dimensions analyzed according to the ISO/IEC 25010 Standard included functional adequacy, performance efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, and security, obtaining satisfactory results in each. It was concluded that the SGA is perceived as "Efficient" as it meets most of the quality and usage requirements of the mentioned standard. The system is positively valued for its functionality, usability, and security. Exhaustive searches were conducted in academic databases, and relevant studies were selected based on predefined criteria. As for the results, several protocols for conducting systematic reviews and meta-analyses were identified, such as COCHRANE, MOOSE, MARS, PRISMA, JBI, and REGEMA, as well as other protocols for assessing the quality of evidence and/or studies like QUOROM, GRADE, and AMSTAR. Each protocol focuses on different areas of application, providing a detailed guide for conducting systematic reviews and meta-analyses, according to the specificity of the field of study and the type of intervention being evaluated. Additionally, its usefulness in developing practical skills and fostering inclusive education is highlighted. However, its adoption faces challenges such as the need for advanced technological infrastructure, teacher training, and equitable accessibility. Five research questions were addressed: recent advances and their impact on education, findings and trends in the literature, benefits and challenges for students, effective strategies for classroom implementation, and evolving and emerging areas in research. The results indicated that AI and VR are revolutionizing education by providing personalized and immersive learning experiences, although they also present challenges in terms of technology integration and teacher training. Blockchain in government services has generated significant interest due to its potential to ensure the safe and appropriate use of this technology in the public sector. However, there are no systematic efforts for the prompt implementation of this technology in government services. To understand the state of the art of blockchain applied to government services, a systematic literature review was conducted using the most relevant studies pertinent to the subject matter. The data extracted from the primary studies are synthesized to answer the identified research questions. The study results reveal several important findings: 1) implementing this type of technology is a huge challenge but also a significant evolutionary step in government services; 2) countries that have implemented this technology enjoy greater citizen acceptance due to its immutable nature; and 3) the responsibilities and capabilities of blockchain stakeholders are briefly discussed, while decision rights, accountability, and incentives of these stakeholders are still under study. The study employed the PRISMA methodology to conduct a systematic literature review. The research questions focused on how the integration of blockchain and cloud computing enhances business environments, the best practices for implementation, and the associated challenges. Identified benefits include enhanced security, traceability, and data management in sectors such as agriculture, manufacturing, finance, and supply chains. This article presents a systematic literature review (SLR) on the use of neural networks to detect, predict, and prevent fraud in financial transactions. The first part of this research focuses on data collection, which was conducted following the PRISMA methodology. A dataset was compiled based on studies and research with the aim of obtaining results that can provide a clear insight into the use of neural networks for fraud detection in financial transactions. During the research process, it is demonstrated that Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) are the most commonly used for detecting and predicting fraud in financial transactions. Furthermore, it is evident that the most efficient neural networks for fraud detection in financial transactions are Recurrent Neural Networks, achieving an accuracy of 98.71%, and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) with an accuracy of 97.1%. These results clearly indicate that neural networks are highly effective in detecting and predicting fraud in financial transactions. This study demonstrates the significant progress that neural networks have made, notably improving accuracy in financial fraud detection. These advancements have allowed for a reduction in fraud risk and provided more efficient solutions in the financial sector.
