Mobile application to request the mototaxis public transport service in the Jaramijó Canton

Abstract

This article aims to develop a proposal to solve the problems that a large part of the population of the Jaramijó canton presents in relation to the disagreement of people when requesting the transport service of a Mototaxi unit. Jaramijó, being a developing canton, many of its sectors are not so heavily traveled by transport units and that in some of the cases the client user cannot make the request from the place where he is, generates discomfort within of the population. Through the development of a mobile application, it is intended to value the time for both the client user and the driver user, so that it is more efficient when requesting or providing the transport services of a Mototaxi unit. Also, to be able to avoid that the demand for this service originates only in the central sectors of the canton.
