Abstract

This paper shows the context of a very common problem among public institutions, which is the inefficient management of information in administrative processes, also analyze the processes and activities related to installation of cameras, alarms and push buttons in the direction of public safety. In addition, detailing the positions and functions that each of the staff in these administrative processes, together describe the handling of information and the interaction of workers with it, finally, identify the problems when performing these processes and activities manually. This project is supported in a technical and theoretical way validating the research process for the optimization of resources, because the digital systematization carried out through a progressive web application (PWA) leads to an efficient and effective management of information, causing a greater availability of information and documentation of activities, in addition to having a follow-up and preservation of information. Therefore, it is important to promote the use of technology in public institutions, specifically those that are in constant contact with the community.
