The application of constitutive models in the simulation of soil behavior gives us more reliable answers when studying phenomena caused by the application of loads. In this way, the implementation of constitutive models for the numerical analysis of geotechnical problems requires the parameterization and calibration of the models through classification tests, drained and undrained triaxial tests, specific gravity tests, and different parameters such as E,ν, M,Γ,K_0 among others. The present study seeks to describe the behavior of the silt clayey sands obtained in the "Plan Masa Santa Ana" project for the design of the housing complex. For the same that different models have been selected such as Mohr - Coulomb Plasticity and Elastic, l, the research focuses on the study of the existing phenomena before the load application. Additionally, the model considered for the study is simplified because of the consideration of non-uniform soils.
