WORK ENVIRONMENT OF THE SOCIAL WORKER IN THE SOCIAL CONTEXTS OF THE METROPOLITAN DISTRICT OF QUITO

The professional intervention of the social worker is established by a permanent relationship with reality, his/her work is developed in different areas and is subject to a social, political, economic culture, so in the organizations their work constitutes the essential implementation of strategies for the achievement of an optimal working environment. The article considers the analysis of the working environment, in which the social workers perform their actions and it is in line with the working skills they use, considered as the practical capacity that develops towards the performance of an activity, which influences its exercise in a satisfactory way. Additionally, the working environment is understood as the human and physical environment in which the usual work of the professionals is carried out and it affects the well-being and the performance; also the interaction that the social worker develops with the people with whom she/he relates in her/his task.
