Abstract

Each individual is like a neuron in the brain of planetary society. Just as a single neuron cannot function alone but as part of a whole, so human beings do not do science alone; only as long as and how much society can we really think. The purpose of this work is to achieve a better understanding of what can be considered the true underlying problem that prevents the sociocultural change that the current world requires, the human being creates the external world in the image and likeness of his inner world, the attitudes and behaviors are generated from the human being's conception of himself and the world. The methodology responds to the purpose of the research and the nature of the data using a qualitative approach. It brings together the results of a sustained dialogue around agonism and mutuality with young people, during participation in a series of field work and the application of participatory workshops. Participant observation together with their stories were crucial to understand how the mechanisms of domination and how the culture of peace is paramount in conflict intervention.
