LABOR INCLUSION OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES IN THE CANNING INDUSTRY ISABEL, YEAR 2021

This research aimed to be able to know the intervention of the Social Worker in the protection of the rights of employees with disabilities from the processes of labor inclusion that must be promoted from the Department of Human Talent. The theme developed in this study was called Labor Inclusion for People with Disabilities in the Canning Industry Isabel, Year 2021. The methodology that was implemented was of qualitative approach, the technique of the interview was applied to three Social Workers of the Industries Conserve’s Isabel, to two collaborators with disabilities as key informants who contributed directly to the obtaining of relevant data for this study, because the protection of rights should not only be focused on people with disabilities, but also on other people who have direct influence on them, so that through awareness they can include them without discrimination, know the legal regulations and know how to act if they witness violations that affect the integral development that they should enjoy. The conclusions were based on the purposes of this research based on the physical adaptability of the Isabel Conserve Industry as a guarantee of the correct fulfillment of the assigned activities and the programming of talks, workshops, awareness training as strategies of the Department of Human Talent to promote labor inclusion.
