PERCEPTION OF ACCOUNTING MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS IN THE NGO CHURCH OF THE NAZARENO

As part of the project Accounting Management and its Impact on the Administrative Process of the NGO Iglesia del Nazareno, located in the community of Las Lagunas, Montecristi, province of Manabí, Ecuador, a study was carried out with the objective of determining, according to the criteria of the workers of said organization, how accounting management affects the efficiency of its administrative operations. For this purpose, a mixed approach methodology was used, which combined the documentary analysis with the information provided by the informants, which allowed to obtain an overview of the interaction between the accounting part and the administration. The results revealed that this type of management has a direct influence on administrative operations, and that it plays a fundamental role in such operations within the NGO. Faced with this, it is recommended that the organization maintain and strengthen rigorous accounting practices to ensure more effective administrative work, as well as for the full fulfillment of its objectives. This study also highlights the importance of achieving optimal accounting management as a basis for achieving the goals set and the positive impacts on the community to which the NGO provides services.
