ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND ITS IMPACT ON ADMINISTRATIVE-FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT IN THE FISCAL EDUCATIONAL UNIT CECILIA VELÁSQUEZ MURILLO

Abstract

This research work focuses on the administrative-financial area of the Fiscal Educational Unit "Cecilia Velázquez Murillo" of the Jipijapa canton, whose theme is "ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND ITS IMPACT ON FISCAL ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT "CECILIA VELASQUEZ MURILLO" that will allow us to know the administrative-financial process appropriate to their functions and at the same time the performance of the personnel that works in the establishment. This was achieved through the objectives, analyzing a diagnosis of the entire administrative-financial process, all this allowed us to obtain sufficient, competent and relevant information to identify deficiencies in this area such as the need for training for the establishment of the establishment's staff, reception of DECE documents, teaching methods and learning processes, since what is determined is not fulfilled. The field research was carried out through interviews, surveys, observation, and a tour of the institution's facilities. The result of this research work is the realization of an organizational culture.
