Abstract

In this bibliographic review, important aspects will be presented to be able to know the evolution of development thinking, where administrative progress will be shown over time, demonstrating how it is more effective for a person to specialize in a task than to perform all the tasks, demonstrating that Thus, it brings many more benefits to the company, combining ethics and social responsibility, which have become an important strategy that organizations must implement. The objective of this work is to analyze the connection between the concept of social responsibility and administration through the definition of the different terms, the chronological evolution of the concept, the analysis of its dimensions and the application of administrative thought.
