COMPLIANCE WITH FORMAL DUTIES AND ITS EFFECT ON THE ACTIVITIES OF THE ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The main objective of this review is to determine compliance with formal duties and the degree of tax culture in citizens, through analysis, which will allow the search for friendly alternatives in order to improve the behavior of taxpayers. At present, in parish businesses there are usually problems in terms of financial information that is related to the fulfillment of formal duties, due to the little knowledge of the obligations and it is precisely what happens in many sectors of the country, however, it has been specifically emphasizing the businesses that make up Víctor Vélez street since it is a sector where there is a lot of trade, fair and necessary to obtain sufficient information. The study of the proposed topic is important since it allows verifying the tax processes of the businesses that exist in the Parish, and in this way provide solutions to possible problems found in the research process.
