Interdisciplinarity is a relevant perspective in contemporary arts education due to its ability to integrate knowledge and respond to complex educational contexts. The aim of this study was to assess contemporary perspectives and trends in interdisciplinarity within the polyartistic teacher based on international scientific production. A bibliographic review was conducted using a qualitative approach and a descriptive-interpretative scope, supported by bibliometric techniques and documentary analysis under the PRISMA 2020 protocol. Information was obtained from Scopus, Web of Science, and Dimensions, complemented by a co-occurrence analysis using VOSviewer. The results showed that interdisciplinarity represents the predominant thematic core and is closely related to creativity, culture, learning, and technology. In addition, trends associated with pedagogical innovation, sustainability, social justice, and technological integration were identified. It was concluded that interdisciplinarity strengthens the training and professional performance of the polyartistic teacher by promoting the articulation of knowledge and methodologies through an interdisciplinary approach.
