La Inteligencia Artificial y Productividad Laboral en el Sector Servicios mediante Revisión Bibliométrica Sistemática (2020–2026)

Resumen

El presente estudio examina la relación entre la adopción de inteligencia artificial (IA) y la productividad laboral en organizaciones del sector servicios durante el período 2020–2026. Se adoptó un diseño de métodos mixtos que articula análisis bibliométrico cuantitativo y revisión sistemática conforme a las directrices PRISMA 2020. Las búsquedas se ejecutaron el 10 de mayo de 2026 en Scopus (n = 1.487 registros) y Web of Science (n = 51). El proceso de selección incluyó cribado por pares mediante Rayyan (κ = 0,84), evaluación de calidad con el Mixed Methods Appraisal Tool (MMAT) y criterios de exclusión basados en pertinencia temática, diseño empírico y lengua. El corpus final de síntesis comprendió 89 estudios. Los análisis bibliométricos se realizaron con VOSviewer v.1.6.20 y bibliometrix R v.4.3.0. Los resultados muestran una asociación positiva y consistente entre adopción de IA y productividad laboral, con rangos de efecto que oscilan entre el 8% en hostelería y el 67% en aplicaciones clínicas. Se identificaron cinco clústeres temáticos; el correspondiente a IA generativa y trabajo del conocimiento exhibe la mayor densidad de citación desde 2022. A partir de la síntesis de evidencia se construye el Modelo de Complementariedad Productiva Humano-IA (HAPC), un marco tridimensional con predicciones falsables orientado a explicar la heterogeneidad empírica observada. Se concluye que los efectos productivos de la IA dependen, más que de la tecnología en sí, de la arquitectura organizacional de tareas, del capital humano disponible y del nivel de preparación institucional.
