Diagnóstico técnico y propuesta de mejora para el canal de riego Chacón Sevilla en el sector Pinllo-Andiglata

Resumen

El canal de riego Chacón Sevilla, ubicado en el sector Pinllo-Andiglata (cantón Ambato, Ecuador), presenta un deterioro estructural progresivo que compromete la seguridad de las poblaciones aledañas y la eficiencia en la conducción del recurso hídrico. El objetivo de esta investigación fue realizar un diagnóstico técnico integral de la infraestructura y proponer alternativas de mejora basadas en evaluación multicriterio. Se empleó un enfoque mixto secuencial que integró levantamiento geoespacial mediante GNSS, fotogrametría con UAV para la generación de ortofotos, e inspecciones sistemáticas in situ fundamentadas en la Norma Ecuatoriana de Construcción. La información fue procesada en entorno SIG (ArcGIS), mediante el método AHP se construyó una escala de riesgos con cuatro categorías ponderadas: fallas estructurales (0.48), amenazas geodinámicas y climatológicas (0.28), factores antrópicos (0.16) y fallas geológicas (0.08), obteniéndose un ratio de consistencia de 0.006. Los resultados evidencian que el 21% de los tramos presenta riesgo Muy Alto, concentrado en sectores sin infraestructura y con alta presión antrópica. Se proponen intervenciones diferenciadas y un presupuesto referencial. La metodología es replicable y aporta a la gestión del riesgo en infraestructuras hidráulicas lineales.
