mantenimiento y aumenta la exposición ante procesos de
erosión y desbordamiento.
Las propuestas de intervención planteadas, canales
revestidos de hormigón armado, embaulados, reparaciones
localizadas y mantenimiento preventivo permiten orientar
técnicamente la priorización de obras según el nivel de
riesgo y las condiciones territoriales de cada tramo. En este
sentido, la metodología desarrollada constituye una
herramienta replicable para la gestión del riesgo en
infraestructuras hidráulicas lineales de contextos andinos.
Si bien la evaluación presenta limitaciones asociadas al
carácter estático del análisis y a la subjetividad inherente del
método AHP, la consistencia estadística obtenida respalda la
validez de los resultados. Futuras investigaciones podrían
incorporar monitoreo temporal y modelación hidráulica
dinámica para fortalecer la evaluación evolutiva del riesgo.
