Abstract

This study analyzes the perception of students at the Technical University of Cotopaxi regarding the recently implemented graphical interface of the Moodle platform. Using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), four key variables were evaluated: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude toward use, and behavioral intention to use. The research adopted a quantitative, descriptive approach, with structured surveys applied to a representative sample of 360 students across 29 academic programs. The results indicated a high level of acceptance across all variables, highlighting students' positive evaluation of the platform’s usefulness and ease of use. It is concluded that the redesign has been well received, and students are willing to continue using the platform, validating the effectiveness of this technological update.
