implementación de un boletín informativo semanal, la organización de reuniones 
periódicas  y  la  capacitación  en  habilidades  comunicativas  tanto  para  docentes 
como para administradores. Estas iniciativas no solo buscan mejorar la percepción 
de  la  comunicación,  sino  también  contribuir  a  un  clima  laboral  más  positivo, 
reduciendo la incertidumbre e impulsando la motivación y cooperación entre el 
personal.
