la llama Fs = 150 mm en las configuraciones ensayadas
(borde/superficie) y para los tiempos de aplicación
considerados (30 s y 120 s). Estos resultados evidencian un
desempeño favorable frente a ignición localizada bajo
condiciones controladas. No obstante, dado que la
clasificación completa conforme a EN 13501-1 requiere
ensayos adicionales y criterios complementarios, los
hallazgos del presente estudio deben interpretarse como
evidencia experimental de ignitabilidad y comportamiento
térmico inicial, y no como una asignación definitiva de
Euroclase.
En conjunto, los resultados obtenidos permiten concluir que
la caña guadua constituye un material técnicamente viable
para su uso en construcciones tradicionales y soluciones
habitacionales ligeras en la región costa del Ecuador,
siempre que su aplicación se realice bajo criterios de diseño
adecuados y considerando sus limitaciones inherentes frente
al fuego y otros factores ambientales. El estudio aporta
evidencia experimental que contribuye a una mejor
comprensión del desempeño del material frente a la acción
directa de una llama pequeña, fortaleciendo su base técnica
dentro del contexto de la construcción tradicional.
